本片讲述厦门青年李翰森从一个街头混混蜕变为当地英雄的故事。境外黑帮阿基想以讨债为由逼迫李翰森等人在厦门贩卖毒品。李翰森知道阿基的诡计后决定誓死反抗。他召集了几个好兄弟跟境外黑帮阿基一伙周旋。吃了亏的阿基知道强龙斗不过地头蛇，他决定找当地另一伙混混的二当家阿远帮忙。阿远为了自己的利益不惜出卖自己的大哥猪哥俊。阿基和阿远为了达到目的绑架了李翰森的女朋友。当猪哥俊知道小弟阿远背着他和阿基贩卖毒品时，他决定联合李翰森等人对抗外来不法分子。。Back Stage is a 1919 comedy, one of the last films that Buster Keaton would appear with Roscoe "Fatty" Arbuckle before they went their separate ways, Keaton would get his own studio, and Arbuckle got into feature length films.
