本片记录了芭蕾王子——英国皇家芭蕾舞团首席舞蹈家Sergei Polunin几近成名前的故事。影片跟随着Sergei的舞步从美国到英国再到乌克兰，带观众体验世界各国舞蹈的魅力。而影片更是展现了很多难得一见的幕后故事，和舞蹈家们人性的一面——他们虽然来自不同的文化和社会背景，但内心深处都同样充满细腻、热爱。。“Praise be to the cinema: the law is not said, it is seen and heard.
