《少年烦恼研究所》由腾讯成长守护、腾讯视频共同出品，中国妇女发展基金会作为公益支持单位的全国首档零零后观点碰撞成长探索类节目，旨在促进家庭教育科学化，帮助家长了解孩子，帮助孩子解决烦恼。傅首尔、陈铭作为家长代表和谈话发起人，分别组织7位00后议事员，坐镇 “零零议事厅”，围绕“少年的烦恼”进行提案辩论，以此来了解当下00后的社交、网络、学习压力、家庭沟通等问题的成长心声。在“少年说、家长听”的过程中，青年代表许天奇、丁若虚用成长故事帮助孩子敞开心扉，教育专家陈默、王旭明、王丛、穆岩为家庭指点迷津，让大众真正关注到少年的想法和不同的角度，让每一个家庭有所自省、收获成长，让更多家长和孩子的声音被听见。。Though he works as a hostel warden, there is more to Kaali than meets the eye.
