Hugo's life is not easy, he is a very lonely boy and his mother is forced to move away from him, but he has the support and protection of a respected old man: Arnau Estanyol.。本剧把故事背景定位在了辽沈战役胜利后，共产党和国名党暗战明战的经历。以潜伏人员陈少杰（傅程鹏 饰）身在西南区的经历，讲述了他所经历的一次次危险和一次次的化险为夷。 1948年，辽沈战役取得大捷，东北全线解放。但战役还没取得最终的胜利，西南区成了国名党的最后依托。那里有国名党的特务机构——西南长官总署，在那聚集着国民党内的核心人员：“书生杀手”谭一波（敖洋 饰）、“情报专家”曾诚（句号 饰）、“美式特工”余汉群（夏侯镔 饰）等。陈少杰以机要秘书的身份潜入了这个特工大本营。每天都在生与死的边缘徘徊，而其中对于少杰而言，最大的危机是三年前曾差点令他丧命的“传奇女特工”梁海棠（程愫 饰）。少杰能否顶住压力，在一系列危机中，化险为夷呢？。
