泰國蘇梅島、台灣澎湖小島和越南胡志明市，每逢旺季這些地方都會擠滿旅遊的人群，想要找個空位來拍照也十分困難。不過如果淡季去這些地方旅遊，結果又會如何？暴風雨季去到泰國的沙灘、在嚴寒季節去到澎湖，以及新年去到無人的胡志明市，肯定會有災難級的「中伏」經歷﹗為了體驗這些地方可以有多「伏」，主持人將會在淡季出發去到不同旅遊熱點，逛逛空無一人的商店街，享受整個人被巨風吹得東歪西倒，瘋狂折磨一班天真的主持人﹗。Survivors of a tragic shipping collision are rescued by a mysterious black ship which appears out of the fog.
