「嘘喰い -鞍馬蘭子篇／梶隆臣篇-」は、映画に登場する梶隆臣と鞍馬蘭子にスポットを当てた全4話の作品。ギャンブラーとして成長していくきっかけとなるゲーム「セブンポーカー」に挑む青年・梶に佐野が、親友のために過去の敵と再び対峙するサディスティックな女組長・蘭子に白石が扮した。。After amusements working in a restaurant, Charlie uses his lunch break to go roller skating. Mr. Stout makes advances toward the unwilling Edna (whose father and Mrs. Stout had earlier carried on in the restaurant). After a roller skate ballet, Charlie (now as Sir Cecil Seltzer) is invited to a party at Edna's. All the "couples", including a new partner for Mr. Stout. show up.。
