周谦（黎明 饰）是一名出诊医生，行事谨小慎微；小月（王菲 饰）在家公关公司作主理人，生活和工作一样特立独行，他们曾是一对相爱的情侣。小月接手一笔大生意，为即将八十岁的富商孟仕存筹办一场惊喜寿宴。小月为此竭尽全力，倾其所有投入到当前的计划之中，然而却在一次接洽过程中意外遭遇周谦。周谦是孟先生的私人看护，他从孟老的身体状况考虑认为小月的安排欠妥，小月认定是周谦从中作梗。孟老的助手马时法（陈建斌 饰）要求小月在一个月的时间内修改计划，而且递给他周谦的名片，让两个人沟通避免新的计划中出现错误。由相濡以沫到水火不容，如今又要变成合作者，两人能否再续前缘谱出美丽城市中一段新鲜的浪漫恋曲？ 本片由黎明主演并担任监制。。Guy Maddin writes, "Tscherkassky has made two films cannibalizing Sidney J.
