本系列微纪录片从香港形象、香港文化、香港发展、香港活力等多个角度，通过香港各行各业的人物故事讲述和沉浸式的体验，向观众呈现一个真实、多元、立体的香港。。谢宁本想趁谢建国七十大寿时，缓和紧张的亲情关系。同一时间，正在工地视察的程厉得到妻儿信息，打算追回妻儿。寿宴上，谢宁因寿礼寒酸被堵在家门外，甚至被要求当场改嫁。谢宁为了缓和关系只能忍耐，就在谢宁即将无力抵抗时，程厉赶到，及时护妻。。Video artist Ryosuke visits the suburb of Furano in Hokkaido, where his friend lives, in order to shoot a video.
