本剧讲述了上世纪90年代，一群怀揣梦想的大学毕业生南下广州寻梦的故事徐峥扮演的男主角来到当时广告业很发达的广州，租住在一间在老城区很常见的小出租屋里，在那里开始了他的寻梦，并与顾挺发生的感情故事。。Birdcatcher Esmar and his wife Johanna face eviction from their farm in Gásadalur unless they have a son. Desperation sets in when Johanna gives birth to their third daughter. Pushed to the brink, Johanna is impregnated by another man, a French Captain, and gives birth to a son, known as ‘the birdcatcher’s son’. Everything seems perfect until the French Captain returns.。
