1953年9月，某省城。我公安机关收到敌情通报，敌人要在国庆节制造爆炸事件。侦察员顾群（印质明 饰）接受任务后，立即走访群众，了解破案线索。特务何占彪（浦克 饰）、白松亭（李颉 饰）采用偷寄匿名信、制造交通事故等手段，诬陷接待处司机平小海（赵联 饰），转移公安人员的侦察方向，从中混水摸鱼。小学生淘气（马世达 饰）做梦都想不到，在他喜欢摆弄的闹钟里竟被人安放了定时炸弹，爆炸时间为国庆节上午十点钟。何占彪作案后想座火车逃跑，但被顾群抓获，与此同时，平小海的女朋友赵小惠（贺小书 饰）正帮着小海从被人诬陷的苦恼中恢复过来。审讯室内，何占彪盯着墙上的挂钟，十点钟过去了，炸弹没有响......。Chico one of the remaining members of The Magnificent Seven now lives in the town that they (The Seven) helped. One day someone comes and takes most of the men prisoner. His wife seeks out Chris, the leader of The Seven for help. Chris also meets Vin another member of The Seven. They find four other men and they go to help Chico.。
