《八仙过海》根据民间传说改编而成的电视剧。据传原来的八仙也是凡人，他们是经过仙人的点化而成仙的，八位仙人就有八个成仙的故事，虽然他们的经历不同，但却有一个共同点：他们斩妖驱邪，锄恶扬善，造福人类，在世间留下了许多美丽的传说……。Juan, a prison officer, silently observes the visit every Sunday of Berta, mother of one of the imates. The day he finally approaches her, he surprises himself by pretending to be another visiting father and inventing a daughter inside the jail: Josefina. The need to fill the vacuum of their lives prompts Juan and Berta to continue meeting outside the reality around them.。
