But when she says goodnight to her daughter, she has no idea that s...。徐菁(李嘉欣)与青梅竹马的男友世昌(郭晋安)同在豪城酒店任职。菁为酒吧侍应，世昌则为宴会部主任。菁与昌本来打算两年後结婚，但一次偶然机会，菁结识了富家公子大为(吴镇宇)，大为对菁展开金钱挂帅的追求攻势，菁心动，遂答应与大为结婚。昌见大为之兄亨利(陈庭威)行为荒诞，又不理其妻莉莉(邓萃雯)，到处拈花惹草，故昌力劝菁，但菁不听。婚礼当日，竟发生了一件令人出乎意料之外的事……。故事主要围绕男主Stuart和家人女友还有住在自家街对面前妻的日常搞笑生活展开。值得一提的是，这部剧其实于2019年上线过一集试播集，直到今年八月才开始播出正剧。。
