She is exhausted, frustrated, and wants to go home to see her family. She plans a silent protest to not attend the graduation...。1998年，阿富汗首都喀布尔受塔利班组织无情摧残，在歧视女性的政权下，两对原本无交集的夫妻，却因一场意外让生命有了改变。身为艺术家的她虽然穿著罩袍，但内心却渴望与心爱的丈夫在街上自由牵手、拥抱。身为塔利班女子监狱牢头的他，与得了绝症的妻子渐行渐远，意外惊觉罩袍外的自由都只是假象，如果能再爱一次，他愿像飞蛾扑火一样去追求。本片改编自阿尔及利亚裔作家雅斯米娜卡黛哈的同名小说，并以朴素的水彩质地衬托沉重的人权议题。。
