周韬从小患有先天性心脏病，对未来充满着消极态度，并一直怀疑这个世界上，真的是否存在比自己性命还要重要的人，她是否就在我的身边？周韬年纪轻轻，整天混迹在堂弟周文的服装店，直到一天周韬意外启动了未来穿越过来的机器人D号，周韬用尽所有方法也甩不掉这个“高端产品”，无奈周韬带领着D号开始融入这个世界。逐渐，周韬改变了曾经想“毁灭世界”的消极态度，以及周围的人，都因D号存在，产生了不同影响……。鲁邦正与不二子共进晚餐，突遭不明人物袭击。奔逃中，不二子落下悬崖。待鲁邦找到时，发现她已经失去记忆…… 本作为鲁邦三世第11部TVsp作品，也是20世纪最后一部鲁邦三世动画作品，于1999年7月30日放送。。10 long years have gone by since the mysterious passing of college students Greg Sanders and Brian Mills.
