A parable about the situation of the First Nations, seen from a female perspective.。《望夫石》（La Pierre de l'attente，1991），陳英雄一部21分鐘的短片，曾經獲得1992年里爾國際電影節（Lille International Short and Documentary Film Festival）評審團大獎。电影《秦·火》以陇州社火申请非物质文化遗产的历程为背景，讲述了痴迷社火的老艺人秦火旺，为了将社火技艺延续，逼迫儿子作为传人，父亲与子女新旧观念剧烈碰撞，老艺人无情棒打鸳鸯。牧马人梦远对爱情的执着，强烈的社火情怀，人性的真善美最终战胜了狭隘落后的传统观念，秦火旺深深的被触动了。。
