在城市的老街里，有家 “春天歌舞厅”，这里的老街坊、新租客齐聚首，为了保护经营了三十年的歌舞厅不被倒闭，组成了一个另类的舞团参加选秀。他们当中有女团经纪人林宇、做着明星梦的张艺晴、60岁的老炮儿波叔、理发店老板娘胡玉莲、家庭主妇蔡花、货车司机刚子。各怀心思中，他们并肩走到了一起，时而是亲密的伙伴，时而是相互的冤家。最终，他们彼此扶持、成就，共同在舞台上完成了不可能的演出，实现了深藏于心的梦想。。They are home to wolves, elks and tigers: the boreal forests of the north.
