该故事是以90年代初的广安市为城市背景，讲述广安当地人物李广安的“笑托”人生和动人的喜剧爱情故事。。性格憨直的赵玖秉的整个青春，都是陪着梁薄荷一起度过的，两个青梅竹马的伙伴一路相伴成长，他们的欢笑和眼泪都与彼此有关。上了同一所大学后，一连串的意外事件导致薄荷的初恋被帅气的学长夺走。抓不到，又舍不得放手的九饼决定不再沉默，要为自己的女神奋力一搏。偏偏在薄荷眼中，他只是一个幼稚、长不大的男生。从恋人未满回归到普通朋友，从亲密无间到渐行渐远，不甘心的九饼依旧谱写出一支没有终点、只有无止尽陪伴的追爱练习曲。。"Daughters of the Dust" tells the story of a family of African-Americans who have lived for many years on a Southern offshore island, and of how they come together one day in 1902 to celebrate their ancestors before some of them leave for the North. The film is narrated by an unborn child, and ancestors already dead also seem to be as present as the living.。
