《远山含笑》叙述二对年轻人，郊外登山游玩，迷途于深山，发现小茅屋住一对古怪的夫妇，男的一付蛮相，女的痴呆终日不语，男的留宿他们，次日发生山洪暴发，大家合力修复冲断的木桥，两对年轻学生不仅知道男人爱情专一，还能保护得痴呆症的妻子。。该片将向观众呈现近十年来举世瞩目的中国工程与科学成就，讲述了科学带给人类的奇妙感；片中从人文和命运共同体的高度讲述了工程成就，同时，运用特殊摄影与创意CG动画结合，创造出一个与趣味科学有关的奇妙世界，形成一系列有关“科学精神的奇妙之旅”。。A year has passed, Lord Glendenning has died and Moray is working in Paris.
