曾几何时，美国号称拥有世界上最好的公立教育系统，但在过去的三十多年里，虽然政客们不断强调要改善弊端丛生的教育系统，可是孩子们的教育情况始终没有任何改观，反而呈现令人担忧的前景。这些出生在普通家庭的孩子，多在阅读和数学方面存在着巨大的障碍，且平均水平大大低于地球上其他发达国家。甚至有的高中成为了臭名昭著的辍学工厂，无数少年过早进入社会，国家在一名囚徒身上的花费远远高于花在一名学生身上的经费。美国当前的公立教育系统，呈现着本末倒置的吊诡局面。是该积极行动起来，一扫这一领域中的弊端，还是呆呆坐在地上，等待超人的出现？。Elena toma la decisión de compartirle a la familia su testamento.
