With the help of an orphaned boy named Jak, Ananda travels the canals of the city to unravel the clues and catch the killer.。本剧讲述了溥仪仓仓惶惶带着一后一妃逃往了天津，躲进了静园。溥仪自然不甘心就这么着丢了大清的江山，日夜谋划着匡扶大清的故事。。这世上所有的职业，顽皮金都干过。在肉食店打工的顽皮金因为一次意外把肉店老板搞到进了医院，然后肉店老板大难不死后以为受到启发就想着从事医生这行业，顽皮金也随波逐流地跟着，后在医院遇上一个孤儿小妹妹，顽皮金莫名其妙地被小妹妹的身世所打动，就想天天都来看望小妹妹，可因之前顽皮金曾在医院里胡作非为，所以被院长严禁入内。为此，顽皮金及肉店老板几经周折地闯入医院以见小妹妹。故事一路疯癫滑稽，几乎没什么常理可言，但又超具童趣以及同情心，正是这部喜剧片的精妙之处。。
